These terms govern your use of cyclepartout.com (the “Site”) operated by Cycle Part Out. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to register. You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Listings and sales

Sellers list parts they own and represent that the parts are accurately described, legally theirs to sell, and not stolen. Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus shipping and applicable taxes. Cycle Part Out is the marketplace operator and is not the seller of parts unless explicitly noted.

Used parts are sold as-is, with the condition disclosed via ARA grade and photos. Used parts may have wear, scuffs, or other cosmetic imperfections consistent with their grade. Mechanical parts are not sold with any warranty unless explicitly stated in the listing.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don’t handle card data directly. Marketplace fees, if any, are disclosed at checkout. Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect after the order ships.

4. Shipping

Sellers ship from their yard using a carrier of their choice. Tracking numbers are posted to your order page. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer when the carrier accepts the package, but we’ll work with you on lost-in-transit claims.

5. Returns

Returns are handled under our return policy. That document is part of these terms.

6. Prohibited use

• No fraudulent listings or buyer behavior.
• No scraping, bots, or automated bulk access without written permission.
• No reselling stolen parts.
• No harassing other users through the messaging system.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, our logo, and our content are ours. Listings, photos, and descriptions uploaded by sellers remain the seller’s property; by uploading, sellers grant us a license to display, store, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, fitment accuracy beyond what’s shown in listings, or any specific outcome from using the Site. Used motorcycle parts can have hidden defects; buyers are responsible for inspecting received parts before installing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State — TBD], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to courts located in that state.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
