Used parts come with risk. We do our best to grade and photograph them honestly, but if something arrives wrong we want to make it right.

Return window

You have 14 daysfrom delivery to request a return. After 14 days we can’t guarantee a refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@cyclepartout.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
  2. We respond within one business day with next steps.
  3. If the return is approved, we send a prepaid return label or instructions.
  4. Pack the part safely (the way it arrived is usually fine) and ship it back.
  5. Refund issues to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the part.

Refund timing

Once we receive the returned part, we inspect it within 2 business days and trigger the refund. Stripe takes another 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrived damaged, take photos before opening. Email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll handle the carrier claim and ship a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
