Return Policy

Used parts come with risk. We do our best to grade and photograph them honestly, but if something arrives wrong we want to make it right.
Return window
You have 14 daysfrom delivery to request a return. After 14 days we can’t guarantee a refund.
What can be returned
- Parts that are not as described or graded incorrectly.
- Parts damaged in transit (we’ll need photos of the package and damage).
- Wrong part shipped (different from what you ordered).
- Parts that don’t fit the bike listed in the fitment data, when you ordered correctly.
- Parts that arrive missing pieces compared to the photos.
What can’t be returned
- Parts you installed or modified, unless the issue was hidden and only discoverable on installation.
- Parts ordered for a vehicle other than the one in the fitment data (please confirm fitment before buying).
- Parts marked “X” (Damaged / Reference Only) — these are sold as-is for parts harvest.
- Wear items that performed as expected (e.g., a used brake pad with remaining life is not returnable for being “used”).
How to start a return
- Email support@cyclepartout.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
- We respond within one business day with next steps.
- If the return is approved, we send a prepaid return label or instructions.
- Pack the part safely (the way it arrived is usually fine) and ship it back.
- Refund issues to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the part.
Return shipping
- If the part was wrong, defective, or misgraded — we pay return shipping.
- If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part — you pay return shipping.
- Refunds for buyer-cause returns may have a restocking fee of up to 15%, disclosed before you ship the part back.
Refund timing
Once we receive the returned part, we inspect it within 2 business days and trigger the refund. Stripe takes another 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrived damaged, take photos before opening. Email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll handle the carrier claim and ship a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
